Why do you want to contribute?
I came across Trigger.dev while building a side project of mine, Pylon (which is dead now, I'm not working on it anymore). Trigger does a lot of what I found genuinely interesting in that space, and does it really well, so with Pylon behind me I'd love to put that energy into contributing here instead.
Also, I traced the root cause (the producer serializes the already-transformed value instead of the raw input) and have a minimal fix plus a regression test ready to open as a PR.
