We delete the old stackablectl repository, and renamed stackable-cockpit to stackablectl. There is a new stackabletech/cockpit repo.

I would argue we can remove this file (or folder) entirely.

We deleted the old stackablectl repository, and renamed stackable-cockpit to stackablectl. There is a new stackabletech/cockpit repo.
