Emulator works, but Phone doesn't

I've recently finished to develop a simple login app with integration of Firebase and now when I try to use it on phone ( for native feedback ) it gives me this error screen and I don't know why beacuse on the emulator it works perfect.

Please can you specify the environment in which your code is running, also, specify the android version of your device and emulator

Device Android 8.0
Emulator Android 8.1
