i forget to cancel my github copilot pro , and i had cancel it immediately and don't use it , but i don't any email or my bank account don't receive a refund money

I believe that if you send your bank statement as proof of payment to GitHub Support, you might be able to get your money back. I suggest including the reason why you wanted to cancel it. Hope this helps!

Hi! If you just canceled your Copilot subscription but didn’t receive a refund or confirmation email, another thing that often helps is to open a support ticket with GitHub Support and attach your payment proof (bank/credit card statement) showing the charge and cancellation date.
