Hi! You’re not alone, this kind of delay can happen with GitHub Student Pack benefits. Since you were approved back in December 2025, this is definitely longer than expected.

A few things you can try:

Double-check your GitHub Education dashboard to confirm the benefit shows as activated
Some partner benefits require manual activation (like clicking a redeem link or signing up separately)
Check your email (including spam) for any activation instructions from partners
If nothing shows up, it’s best to contact GitHub Education support directly here: https://support.github.com/
